Here's a wonderful story about Girl Scouts helping hounds. A BIG THANK YOU to all the girls that helped. Below are highlights:
"The Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona got together for a 'day of
service' and opted to make these fleece animals for the various animal
rescue organizations across Southern Arizona. They heard about the
Southern Arizona Beagle Rescue (SoAZBR) from a program called - Helping
Homeless Hounds.
There were over 200 Girl Scouts who got together (from ages 5 - 17)
to do various projects for this day of service and among the activities
were the 40 fleece toys. It was through the Scouts love of animals that
they were able to give back to these deserving hounds."
